Lifetime Warranty

  1. The Roebuck Lifetime Warranty applies to all Roebuck tools (with the exception of abrasives, hacksaw blades, knife blades, air tools, cutting tools, torque wrenches , and precision measuring tools which require regular calibration ) and is offered in addition to the standard warranties and conditions as set-out in Brammer’s standard terms and conditions of sale (a copy of the current edition of which is on Brammer’s website at http://www.brammer.co.uk (“Terms and Conditions”).
  2. Under the terms of this Lifetime Warranty Brammer will repair or replace, free of charge, any Roebuck tools (with the exception of hacksaw blades, knife blades and cutting tools) which prove defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or design during the normal life of the tool. This Lifetime Warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original end-user that purchased the Roebuck tool.
  3. This Lifetime Warranty will not apply and no liability will exist where the damage or defect arises as a result of:• wear and tear;• misuse or use for any purpose for which the Roebuck tool was not intended;• mishandling;• poor, inadequate or inappropriate maintenance or storage; or• alteration or repair of the product by parties other than Brammer.
  4. While Brammer is happy to repair or replace Roebuck tools under the terms of this Lifetime Warranty, its liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the damaged or defective product covered by this Lifetime Warranty. Brammer will have no further or additional liability in respect of any damage or defect and, as set out in its Terms and Conditions, Brammer expressly excludes any liability it might otherwise have for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, however arising, including in negligence.
  5. Roebuck tools are designed for professional use. If they are being used by a consumer, that consumer’s rights are unaffected by the terms of this Lifetime Warranty.
  6. If you believe that your Roebuck tool meets the criteria for the Lifetime Warranty repair or replacement then return it in the first instance to your nearest Brammer branch. To find your nearest branch visit our website at www.brammer.co.uk or www.buckandhickman.com
  7. Lifetime Warranty claims require the return of the defective Roebuck tool, proof of purchase, and confirmation that you are the original end user purchaser of the Roebuck tool. All shipping and transportation costs are excluded from this Lifetime Warranty.
